  • Radiator vacuum filling device in a special XL version for large cooling systems of trucks / industrial engines.
  • In the event of repairs or initial filling, the radiator vacuum filling device guarantees quick and bubble-free filling without subsequent venting of the cooling system.
  • When the device is used, a vacuum leak test is carried out to avoid filling a leaky cooling system.
  • A vacuum is created in the cooling system using workshop compressed air (6...10 bar) through a Venturi nozzle. If the vacuum remains constant, the cooling system can be filled quickly and without bubbles by sucking in the provided coolant.
  • The large hose cross section of 20 mm ensures fast and powerful operation in large cooling systems.
  • The very rapid creation of the vacuum closes, for example, the pressure equalization valve on the equalization tank.
  • This filling method can be used for almost all vehicle types; a very large selection of adaptations is available.
