This robust device has been specially developed to carry out a complete leak test after repairs and to refill the cooling system without any air pockets.

• Fully automatic vacuum generation and powerful vacuum pump: With a powerful vacuum pump that achieves a final vacuum of 50 mbar, the KVBW 01 offers effective preparation and filling of the cooling system.
• Integrated leak test: After creating the vacuum, the system remains under pressure for one minute to ensure that there are no leaks. This is indicated by the vacuum gauge, which must remain in the green area to confirm the leak.
• Easy operation and reproducible filling results: The manual process allows precise control during filling. The cooler cap is replaced by special adapters that enable a quick and safe connection to the vacuum filling system.

Connections:
