AdBlue®* extraction and concentration test kit

The AdBlue® removal and concentration test kit enables workshops and service technicians to quickly and accurately check the quality and concentration of the AdBlue® solution on vehicles or engines with SCR systems. Old or low-quality AdBlue® solution can cause the SCR system to malfunction.

The practical kit contains all the components needed to take samples of the AdBlue® liquid and perform quality checks, even on large machines or vehicles.

Functions and applications

• Urea concentration measurement: the integrated refractometer can be used to determine the AdBlue® concentration precisely.
  
• Quantity determination: The 500-ml measuring cylinder, in conjunction with a diagnostic device, enables the measurement or determination, for example, of the pump delivery rate or the injection quantity.

Why is it important to check the AdBlue® concentration?

A sub-optimal urea concentration can impair the efficiency of the SCR system and lead to increased NOx emissions. Regular checks with the sampling and concentration test kit ensure the functionality of the exhaust gas aftertreatment system and help to comply with environmental standards.
