- The brake fluid tester from Autotestgeräte Leitenberger is the ideal digital measuring device for quickly and easily testing the presence of water in the brake fluid. It was developed specifically for vehicle workshops and enables quick and easy checking or measuring of the boiling point of the brake fluid.
- With this tester you can accurately determine the boiling point (in C°) of the brake fluid. The display is made by 10 LEDs that light up in steps of 10 from 150 °C to 240 °C. This means you always have a precise and accurate temperature display at hand.
- The tester is able to measure DOT 4 brake fluid. This allows you to specifically check the brake fluid in your vehicle.
- The different colors of the LEDs give you clear information about the condition of your brake fluid. If the LEDs light up green, it means that the brake fluid is OK (0-1%). If the light is green/yellow, you should change the brake fluid shortly (2%). If the LED lights up green/yellow/red, the brake fluid must be changed immediately (>3%).
- The tester has an automatic shutdown function to save battery. There is also a light-emitting diode that indicates a defective sensor, as well as a low-batt indicator that informs you in good time about a low battery level.
- The tester's measuring probe is made of robust V-steel, which ensures a long service life and high reliability.
- For power supply, you only need a 9 V block battery, which is included in the scope of delivery. This means you are always ready for action and can easily check your vehicle's brake fluid.
