  • In addition to the basic equipment, another wiper blade holder (AWPEA-C) and 3 pairs of lever holders with threads M5, M6 and M8 are available for attaching the various wiper blade adapters
  • The new generation of bracketless windshield wipers from Bosch, Valeo, SWF etc., known under the trade names "Aerotwin", "Flat blade" etc., require new measuring and adjustment tools. The wiper blade holders (on the wiper arm) must have a specified angle to the front or rear window.
  • Application for:
    • rattling / rubbing / squeaking of the wiper blades
    • poor wiping results
    • uneven wiping results
    • Disc change
  • It is essential to check the angle after each disc change because the angle has most likely been changed by installing the new disc.
  • Angle measurement: To measure the angle, the wiper blade is removed and connected to the wiper blade holder. A precise connection is made between the wiper blade holder and the angle measuring device using various adapters. Mounts for all wiper arm types are available. (Bosch, Valeo, SWF etc.)
  • Angle adjustment tools: The special thing about these new wiper systems is that no force can be applied to correct the angle via the wiper blade holder. The adjustment tools, depending on the wiper arm type, always consist of two equal parts, an adjustment tool and a counterholder. The angle measurement and angle adjustment can take place at the same time.
  • Contact pressure of the wiper arm: The contact pressure of the wiper arm on the windshield is approx. 10 N, tolerance ± 1 N. If the contact pressure of the spring is < 10 N, an optimal wiping result is logically not possible, then the spring or the entire wiper arm must be replaced.
