* When using a trailer with a rear fog light, it must be ensured that it is switched off on the towing vehicle. The rear fog light on the towing vehicle must be switched off and on again automatically by plugging or unplugging the plug. (Operating regulations are set out in the StVZO § 49a; 6/96).
